The Shoe Perks 2024 Loyalty Program 100,000 Bonus Points Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will commence at 12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time February 29, 2024 and end at 11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Standard Time April 1, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor of this promotion is Shoe Station, 7500 East Columbia Street | Evansville, IN 47715 (“Sponsor”). Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION X, TIKTOK, PINTEREST, LINKEDIN, OR FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM FROM META (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)”).

ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are currently members of the Shoe Perks program as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period, who sign up for the Shoe Perks program during the Sweepstakes Period, and are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (the “Released Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of a participant, the entry will be declared to have been made by the registered account holder of the email address used for entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified, and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by (1) visiting your local Shoe Station store or online at www.shoestation.com and making a purchase using their Shoe Perks account or (2) mailing a postcard or letter with your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and rewards number to [234 Kingsley Park Dr Suite 200 Fort Mill, SC 29715] Mail in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win.

Entries will not be deemed valid for the Sweepstakes unless they: (a) meet the requirements set forth above; and (b) comply with the rules of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, false, corrupted, illegible or late entries. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion to determine the validity of an Entry. The potential winners is subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified.

PRIZE SELECTION: Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, or about April 10, 2024, fifty (50) potential winners will be selected at random by Sponsor from among all eligible entries to receive the Prize described below. The odds of winning the prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winners will be notified via email or phone call on approximately April 15, 2024.

The potential winners must respond by email or phone with all requested materials and information within five (5) business days of the message or may forfeit the prize. Prior to being confirmed as a Winners, the potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within two (2) weeks of being contacted by Sponsor.

If the potential winners cannot be contacted within two (2) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winners fails to return his/her winners documents within the time set forth above or otherwise rejects his/her prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes Official Rules, such eligible winners may forfeit such prize and an alternate eligible winners may be selected from all remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The potential winners must continue to comply with these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

By accepting any prize, Winners grants permission to Sponsor to use winner’s name, voice, likeness, entry submission and statements for publicity purposes without further compensation, consideration or consent, except where prohibited by law. Winners represents and warrants that it has obtained or will obtain all necessary and appropriate permissions to allow Sponsor and its representatives to provide it with the prize.

Prizes are not negotiable with the Winners. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor who may award a prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. If a prize is not claimed within the designated time period, an alternate potential winners will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries.

The winners is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees, arising out of the receipt and use of the prizes. Any difference between the stated estimated value of a prize and its actual value will not be awarded.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant represents that there is no legal or contractual restriction barring participation, including, without limitation, any restriction from participant’s employer or company. Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Entities from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on copyright, trademark, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to submit the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address used for the entry at issue. Any potential winners may be requested to provide proof that such winners is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry or other proof of identity. The Released Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections, Website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, winner(s) will be selected from all eligible participants prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified.
